Coaching in Agile Environments

As a Scrum Alliance, Certified Team Coach (CTC) reviewer, I have noticed that the most common gap area is in the coaching mindset and professional coaching skills. These skills are absolutely required for anyone wanting to earn the CTC or CEC designation.

As a professional coach myself, I know how expensive quality training can be. I also know that the reason many people do not have access to training is because their company does not reimburse the expense and they aren’t able to handle the cost out of pocket. For this reason, it is my goal to provide low cost, high quality professional coaching training that meets the education requirements for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF.

Training is formatted in weekly 2 hour live group video calls with an additional online study component. Group Coaching Labs are designed to perfect coaching skills and validate core competencies.

Unlike other programs that sponsor costly 5 part 3 day trainings (average cost $7,500) then require a “certification” program designed to develop competence (average cost $7,500), this program comes with the competence building designed directly into the weekly learning. This full program design saves you up to $8,500 compared with other programs!

Additionally, this program teaches both individual and system’s coaching competencies which are both highly used competencies of good agile coaches. Other programs only focus on either individual coaching or system’s coaching — but not both! Part of the reason we can offer this program at this cost is because we don’t sell a specialized, branded, framework and fancy trademarked tools. We teach directly from the ICF Core Coaching Competencies to ensure that you have a solid foundation to be an exceptional coach. The other reason we can offer this program for the low total cost of $6,500 including mentor coaching is because it is our mission to make excellent professional coaching education available to the agile world at a price point that is accessible to everyone! Our main concern is to infiltrate the agile world with the professional coaching skills that can transform careers and cultures.
